Yor is still battling a group of assassins aboard a cruise ship, and Anya is trying to help her without putting Loid in danger or reveal her secret. Loid drops Anya off at a child-care on the ship as he discovers there are bombs planted all over the deck. He doesn't trust the on-board police to find them all in time, so he devises a way to help out without blowing his cover. After they leave the ship, Becky invites Anya over for a playdate, and Anya gets to see just how wealthy Becky is. Becky also thinks a lot about how she is in love with Loid, and how best to get rid of Yor and take her place.
This was another hilarious volume, despite some of the silly/weird things Becky was thinking. Like she's OK with being Anya's mommy and best friend so she can be with Loid. That's definitely playing on a tenant of childhood, though, as most kids have a crush on an adult and have very silly fantasies about it. The story is still very slice-of-life, so some readers might be frustrated by the lack of progress on the main storyline of the two warring countries.
