Bibi is in love with Peter, and she's convinced that she just needs the right opportunity to make him fall in love with her. But all these other girls keep getting in the way and talking to him, including this girl named Amy. Bibi takes Amy aside to figure out what she knows about Peter, and she discovers that she can actually become friends with Amy. She finds out Amy has no intentions of dating Peter, and the two start plotting together to create the perfect date, the perfect moment where Bibi can finally be together with Peter.

Among those taking interest in Camellius is Lord Claude, the noble who was a central figure in Camellius’ debut four years ago, Prince Wade of their kingdom, and Prince Ian, who knows the truth about Camellius.

Abigail’s brother comes to visit, and he treats her horribly. Not only does he berate her for not producing an heir, he insults her body and makes her feel self-conscious. His meetings with Sabrian also leave a bad taste in the king's mouth. On the sweet side of things, Blanche tries to help Verite experience the outside world, and that leads to curiosity for both of them about the ocean. Abigail and Sabrian decide to plan a trip to the ocean under the auspices of a royal visit, and Verite gets to come along in a smaller mirror.

Letitia and Erden are invited to a ball, and Letitia is concerned it might be a pretext. The two decide to stop at a demon castle on the way, and they learn some troubling information. Letitia then goes toe to toe with the Grand Devil of Wealth, and as the book of secrets has taught her, capitalism and greed will get her far when battling devils. Erden is still thinking about divorcing Letitia so as to help her have a better life away from his monstrous face and the battles that consume his castle life, but Letitia convinces him to hold off on divorce proceedings until after the battle with the Grand Duke.
