Nasa has started his job teaching, but it's at an all girls high school, which Tsukasa didn't think would make her jealous until other people started pointing out how much he's around cute, young girls all day, and how young he is. One day, Nasa finds a lot of advanced calculations on a board in one of the classrooms, and he realizes, as a space fan himself, that someone is calculating a trajectory to the moon. The person responsible for the advanced math seems to also know something about Tsukasa that she hasn't told Nasa. In other realms, Aya has met a nice guy, Ginga, who everyone else knows is probably a Yakuza guy, but she just doesn't see it.
I think we're finally getting close! Twelve volumes in is quite the long time for a payoff! But Hata has built up this storyline with a satisfying slow-burn, and spent so many volumes just showing the couple play house that readers (and myself) were satisfied not knowing Tsukasa's deep secret, but with this new, mysterious character and her proximity to Nasa, plus all the other little hints from her family, we've got to be close! That, or Hata is just really, really good at building up our expectations. But we've definitely shied away from Slice of Life in favor of overall storylines, although the chapters are still very short still as they are in slice of life.
There is a little bit more about some explicit sexual tension and jealousy in this volume, as someone suggests to Tsukasa that she dress in the sailor uniform typical of a Japanese school girl, for Nasa.
