The Astronomy Club needs to start holding events and doing actual club activities, but first, they need ideas and some funds. The club advisor suggests Nakami and Magari travel to a small town and visit with past Astronomy Club alumna, Yui Shiromaru, who is an award-winning astrophotographer, and who may be able to provide some guidance with Nakami’s budding hobby and make it lucrative for the club. Meanwhile. Nakami and Magari separately explore their feelings for their friend and try to decide whether the safe haven they have created has begun to blossom into a crush. Towards the end, the grade-level goes on a field trip to a famous beach, and the two hope to sneak away to capture their award-winning photo, but the constant storms and cloud-cover, plus watchful chaperones, might ruin their plan.

Tanjiro and Genya, another Demon Slayer, are trying to protect the Sword Smith Village from a demon who can multiply himself every time his head is cut off. In another part of the village, the Mist Hashira, Tokito, gets caught up protecting Kotetsu, even though he thinks he should go protect the village. This turns out to be a wise decision because Kotetsu informs him that the sword masters are under attack from another demon at a secluded spot outside the village. Tokito races to help them and finds a terribly powerful demon threatening to destroy the only people who can make nichirin swords!
Kaguya is headstrong, defiant, and certainly not the prim-and-proper princess her mother would hope she would be. But, with the queen's failing health and enemies closing in on all sides to steal the sacred Moon Blade, the queen decides to perform the ascension ceremony and pass the torch down to her upstart daughter. Their enemies had other ideas, however, and the ceremony is beset with attackers, causing them to evacuate and send Kaguya to Tainted World alone. But Earth isn't what Kaguya thought it would be, and she still has to stay ahead of her pursuers who are trying desperately to steal back the Moon Blade and wrest control of the Moon Kingdom from Kaguya's family.
Tanjiro is, once again, in need of a new nichirin sword, but his sword smith refuses to make another sword for him. Instead, Tanjiro gets permission to travel to the village of the sword smiths, which is in a secret location. Once there, he finds the Love Hashira, Mitsubishi Kanroji, who is also waiting for her sword. The village happens to have healing hot springs, which helps with Tanjiro’s slow recovery after his taxing fight with Gyutaro and Daki. Tanjiro also finds the Mist Hashira, Muchiro Tokito, who is bugging a young sword smith named Kotetsu. Kotetsu has access to a special training doll that has been passed down in his family for generations and it is supposedly one of the best training tools for Demon Slayers, but no one knows how to fix it if it breaks.
Uzui and Tanjiro continue to take on Gyutaro while Inosuke and Zenitsu battle Daki. The team realizes that they need to coordinate their efforts to behead the demons together because the sibling demons are able to protect each other from dying. Uzui's wives also, somewhat, get involved, by hurling wisteria-dipped daggers at the demons, even though the Slayers take some as collateral damage. The Slayers also have to try to avoid Gyutaro's powerful poisonous Demon Blood Art sickles, which take Uzui out of the fight and leave Tanjiro facing an Upper Twelve Kizuki on his own.
In the fight against Daki in the Entertainment District, Tanjiro reaches his limits discovers he can fuel some extra powerful attacks with his anger, but it comes at a physical price that leaves him weakened. Nezuko saves him yet again and unleashes some devastating blood demon arts of her own and loses herself in some rage-fueled power as well. She transforms and comes very close to eating a human. Just when the Slayers think they have Daki on the ropes, she reveals she isn't alone, and out comes her brother, Gyutaro!
Tengen Uzui, the Hashira of Sound, has lost contact with all three of his wives. They were under cover in an Entertainment District that he suspected was being operated by a demon. He recruits Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke to go undercover dressed as young girls to join a Courtesan house to find out what happened but also to investigate where the demon might be hiding and taking humans. Each of the guys joins a different Oiran courtesan house to investigate, some more convinsingly than others - Inosuke's beautfiul face gets him by as long as he doesn't speak; Tanjiro is found out almost immediately, but his kindhearted mistress doesn't mind since he is so helpful; but Zenitsu has the worst luck with his disguise and is captured almost immediately!
Yuka Okkotsu wants nothing more than to be left alone, yet school bullies still single him out and suffer terrible consequences. Yuka has a Special Grade Cursed Spirit attached to him — the spirit of his childhood sweetheart, Rika — who will protect Yuka with lethal force. Jujutsu High teacher Gojo discovers Yuka and brings him into the fold of Jujutsu sorcerers, hoping Yuka can wield the cursed spirit to the advantage of the sorcerers, but also hopes Yuka can discover his true nature in this world of curses. Once at Jujutsu High, Yuka meets Toge Inumaki, Maki Zenin, and Panda, other first years who have varied reasons for wanting to become Jujutsu sorcerers.
Nasa has started his job teaching, but it's at an all girls high school, which Tsukasa didn't think would make her jealous until other people started pointing out how much he's around cute, young girls all day, and how young he is. One day, Nasa finds a lot of advanced calculations on a board in one of the classrooms, and he realizes, as a space fan himself, that someone is calculating a trajectory to the moon. The person responsible for the advanced math seems to also know something about Tsukasa that she hasn't told Nasa. In other realms, Aya has met a nice guy, Ginga, who everyone else knows is probably a Yakuza guy, but she just doesn't see it.
The band has secured a live gig, but that means Mafuyu needs to finish some lyrics! The band practices a ton, but the writer's block persists, so Kaji actually suggests they take a break from practicing their instruments, to the shock of his bandmates. On the ride home Kaji tells Mafuyu that he needs to come to terms with his past and allow himself to feel whole moving forward. The next day, Mafuyu and Hiiragi talk in a park about the previous band Mafuyu was in, and the tragic end for Mafuyu's former love interest, Yuki. As the live event comes up, Mafuyu still doesn't have lyrics written, then his guitar breaks again, but the show must go on. The band prepares to go on as an instrumental number, but to everyone's surprise, Mafuyu starts singing from his heart as he relives tragic memories in his mind.
