Along the way, Sori tentatively befriends Dongsoon and discovers the letter writer is Hoyeon, Dongsoon’s best friend who left school without a goodbye.

All of the pieces of Laios' plan are coming to a head as the Winged Lion is about to break through the dungeon and unleash the magic of the dungeon on the surface. If Laios understands the ultimate monster correctly, he and his friends may actually come out of this, but that also means that the Canary Elves and Kabru must trust in Laios' knowledge and a plan they weren't privy to.
