Cover of Call the Name of the Night volume 2. Master Rei is holding out their hands with a flower in the middle, and a crystal is poking out of the budding flower. Their blond hair is flowing around them.
Master Rei tries to help Mira overcome her shyness and make new friends, but it seems Mira is only comfortable talking to cute animal-type creatures, rather than others her age. Later, Master becomes sick and their magic goes wild, so the roles are reversed as Mira takes care of her master for a change. Once Master is feeling better, the two get to work replenishing some of the Master's medicinal ingredients, and Mira is shocked to see the cost in labor and ingredients. Then, Stella, one of Master Rei's old friends, comes by and finally gets to meet Mira, who she only knows through Rei's letters. Stella is an inventor and has created many awesome things, including crayons that draw in the air. Lastly, Rei and Mira reminisce about when Mira first came to live with Master Rei and how they started on the path of finding a way to control her powers.

Cover of My Happy Marriage volume 2. Kudo and Miyo are walking towards us in kimonos. Kudo is in a dark grey kimono with his light grey hair pulled back. Miyo is in a light kimono with pink flowers on it. Her purple hair is flowing around her and she has a pink flower behind her ear. She's looking up at Kudo.
Illustrated by Rito Kohsaka

Miyo continues to heal from her past in Lord Kudo's house, and he doesn't pressure her to tell him what she's been through. Because he has been so generous and kind, Miyo decides she wants to make him a silk hair tie While on a shopping trip, Miyo  slips away to buy some silk thread, but, Kudo uses that opportunity to arrange for new kimonos to be made to replace her threadbare ones. While out on the town, the two run into Miyo's sister, Kaya, and suddenly, all of Miyo's healing came undone. Kudo protects Miyo and whisks her home, enraging Kaya and sparking her curiosity as to what she can do to pry Kudo away from Miyo. To hint at some of the mysticism of the world, Kudo must deal with some supernatural threats as part of his military commission, and he ponders on the decline in magical abilities amongst the affluent families.

Cover of Boy's Abyss volume 1. Nagi is looking at us through her voluptuous purple hair. She's wearing a purple top that comes up to her neck and ends in a shiny, purple choker.
Reiji is trapped in his small town life. His brother is a shut-in who constantly berates their mother; his grandmother is suffering from dementia and is the main reason his mother is so tired; and his mom sets him up with a construction job for after high school, effectively killing any aspirations he had of leaving. One night, while out buying food, Reiji realizes that the shop clerk is actually Nagi Aoe, a famous idol singer from a band he enjoys escaping to. She asks him for a tour around town, which he gives her on the back of his bike. At one point, while stopped in a bridge overlooking the town's river, she asks Reiji if he’ll enter a suicide pact with her, similarly to the heroes in a tragic story based on the town. They wind up back at her house where she takes his virginity. Afterwards, Reiji can’t stop thinking about her, her wish to die, and whether he would be better off dead as well.

Cover of My Happy Marriage volume 1. Miyo stands in the foreground in a pink flowery kimono that is being blown in the wind. Behind her is Lord Kudo in his soldier's uniform. Around them are some white and purple flowers.
Illustrated by Rito Kohsaka

Miyo may be the oldest daughter in the prestigious Saimori family, but her step-mother, step sister, and father bear her no love. She is constantly demeaned lower than a servant, and generally abused by the family. When her stepsister gets a marriage proposal, her father decides it’s not good to have Miyo continue to be around the house, so he enters her into a marriage arrangement with a very eligible but purportedly despicable man, Lord Kiyoka Kudo. Miyo tries her hardest to prove she can be a nobleman’s wife, but she lacks refinement and education, and worries Kudo will break off the arrangement and leave her homeless. But what she doesn’t know about Lord Kudo is why his previous betrothals all failed - that he’s not looking for a typical noble woman to be his wife.

We open yet again in a mental institution, this time in the company of a different patient than our familiar hero with dissociative identity disorder. Dr. Emmet tries to work out the key to her next patient, hoping that her previous patient might be used as a road map, but instead unleashes the villain, Sun King, champion of Ra and enemy of Khonshu. Sun King discovers something Marc has even hidden from himself - that he has a daughter and the potential for a normal life - but never count out Marc, Jake, and Steven when they’re backed into a corner! Marc also relives some of his childhood trauma and the reason he created Jake in the first place. A figure close with his family turns out to be a sadistic serial killer, and he's back in Marc's adult life hoping to recruit Moon Knight into his ranks of sadomasochistic supervillains.  The cult goes after Moon Knight and his friends hoping to break his spirit, but Marc is already fractured enough!

Cover of The Moth Keeper. Anya holds out her hand for a moth, which is glowing yellow. She's wearing a brown, long-sleeve tunic and has a plaid scarf around her neck. Her chestnut hair falls around her face, and her long ears stick through her hair.
Being a moth keeper means having the fate of the whole Night village on your shoulders. Knowing this, Anya takes the oath anyway and sets about training to become the next moth keeper. She is responsible with guiding the moths out of their home, made from a covered tree stump, but getting them back in by sunrise. The moths then pollinate the most important tree in the village, which will also induce a multitude of other desert plants to grow and sprout flowers. One night, Anya decides she isn’t satisfied with just knowing what life is like in the Night village. She visits the villages of creatures who thrive in daylight. Her exhaustion the next night leads to the moths flying away from her sight, and it's up to her and the power of other moon creatures to get the moths back before the tree withers from lack of pollination.
