It’s Nagisa’s birthday, but the killer Kuromatsu, in Minato’s body, doesn’t know that. Despite being a wanted man, Minato (trapped in the killer, Kuromatsu’s, body) leaves a cake for his sister and a hopeful note. Minato tries to figure out how he can keep his sister the safest, and he determines he has to stay away from her while trying to figure out what Kuromatsu may have done to warrant the police and monsters to be after him. Meanwhile, Kuromatsu struggles at school and navigating who is Minato’s friends. He also recognizes someone the kids know as “Detective,” someone who has worked criminal jobs with Kuromatsu.

Seiichi has a fairly normal life full of going to school and being home with his family. His father is often away at work, so he and his mother spend lots of time together. He's a dutiful son who helps his mom when he can. His cousin comes over often to play video games, but Seii doesn't quite seem like he likes hanging out with him. Seii's friends are sort of mean to him but still try to invite him to get-togethers, most of which Seii turns down. In the first week of his summer break, his extended family decides to go on a hike and get away from the city for a while. What happens on the hike irreparably changes Seii's life and flips everything on its head.
Belle is once again tricked by Giselle, who she finally discovers is the sister of the Breast, Prince Cyril. This time, she walks in on a private moment between Cyril and his fiancée, (old) Belle. The former Belle is slowly turning into crystal. Her heart was fragmented and used to make servitors for the terrible Madam La Medium, who cursed Cyril and the people who live in the castle. Belle realizes La Medium may also have her mother, but Cyril doesn't want to take her along in any confrontations because she's useless in a fight. (New) Belle also learns more about the castle's magic - one of Cyril's butlers is using his magic to slow time in the castle, and they are traveling between worlds to keep it ticking even slower in order to hopefully save (Old) Belle. (New) Belle also realizes that despite her better judgment, she is falling in love with Cyril.
The heir to the most powerful company in Japan has grown up with the family motto drilled into his head: never owe anyone. So when a girl who lives under a bridge saves his life, he has to do anything she says in order to repay the biggest debt of all. She wants to know what it’s like to fall in love, so he agrees to be her boyfriend and live under the bridge with her. He’s re-christened as “Recruit” or Rec for short, and he meets the rest of the residents with their strange behaviors. Nino, his new girlfriend, claims to be from Venus; the Mayor is a man in a kappo costume; Hoshi wears a star mask that hides his secret identity, which is a moon mask; Sister is a man dressed like a nun who might have a secret-agent past in England; and so many more interesting people. Everyone has a job and contributes to the community, except Rec, who now must find a way to be useful and not continue to be indebted to all these people.
Sakura, Li, Kero-Chan, and Yue all feel it - the presence of Clow Reed. But how is that possible since he died so long ago? Sakura continues to fight a formless enemy who always uses another creature or creates a natural phenomenon that Sakuramust subdue. Each time she does, the Clow Cards she summons to help her are transformed - Reed’s magic circle on the back is changed into a distinct one Kero-Chan believes is a representation of Sakura’s own magic. These new cards are therefore more part of Sakura than Clow. But this takes a terrible toll on Sakura; she leaves battles completely exhausted and begins to run a fever, but even sickness isn't going to stop her from saving her friends and getting to the bottom of this mystery.

Team Z is back in tournament play, and they have to not only win, but outscore their opponent to stay in Blue Lock. One of their own betrays them, however, hoping to be able to stay on after Team Z is kicked out by being a top scorer. All of their weapons and strategies are leaked to their opponent, and the betrayer even stops helping Team Z midway through the game, making it effectively 12-on-10. Against these tremendous odds, they still managed to bring together the team and overcome their adversaries, but their betrayer plans to do it all over again with their next opponent. Luckily for Team Z, their next opposing team believes they can win on their own terms and reject the chance to win by cheating. Now, Team Z will have to figure out how to play with a teammate who clearly doesn't want to be on their team any more!
Struggling manga artist Ichiro could really use an assistant or some sleep. Or both. When his publisher sends over a strange, attractive young lady with no experience to assist, Ichiro is about to drop from exhaustion and takes her on despite her lack of experience. Shiori turns out to be fantastic at shading, landscapes, backgrounds, you name it! He can hardly make pages fast enough for her! But this otherworldly beauty is actually from another world, and her strange customs get Ichiro in trouble when he accidentally becomes her mate! While she looks for a way out of her ancestral traditions, they decide to try taking it slow with dating and being co-workers.
Sakura finally collects all the Clow Cards, and doing so triggers the awakening of Yue, the Judge and second guardian of the Clow Cards whose power stems from the moon. We also get to find out what Mizuki-sensei’s roll is in all of this. Once Sakura passes the final judgment, she’s ready for some peace and quiet around Tomoeda Elementary. She goes into the 5th grade, and a new transfer student from England joins her class. Li-San was going to go back to Hong Kong, but there’s something off about Eriol, the new kid, so he’s sticking around. There’s also a new student in Tōya’s class, and she is super high energy and a little sweet on Tōya. When it starts raining only over Tomoeda for several days, Sakura sets out with her guardians to figure out what supernatural power is causing it, but she might have uncovered a new enemy in the process.
It's nearly Silver Eve, and the Atelier travels to Ezrest, the royal capital, to take part in the biggest festival of the year. Several of the girls have created a spell item that will be sold at the festival, but Agott has prepared a performance she intends to stage in front of the royal family. Custas catches up with Coco and Tartah again, but he's been corrupted by the Brimmed Hats and now knows the truth about magic. He's angry that Coco and Tartah didn't do more and didn't show him more when they were helping him gain more mobility. Luluci and Easthies, along with several other Knights Moralis, also attend Silver Eve to monitor the secret of magic. The two respond to an incident where one witch is selling contraptions that see through people's clothing, and it triggers Luluci's childhood trauma where she and her fellow apprentice were sexually assaulted by a person they were trying to help.
Eriko Ichimura is a pretty invisible girl at her high school, so she spends most of her time writing out fantasies on Twitter. She pretends to have a super-hot boyfriend who is strangely very similar to Ohmi-san,a boy at her school who is always surrounded by doting females or having his clothing stolen. When Ichimura accidentally drops her phone where Ohmi can get to it, he finds her Twitter page and reads most of her tweets. The two start an unsteady acquaintanceship that mostly involves Ohmi teasing her or leaving her with half-formed ideas that she could interpret as romantic advances. Ichimura also makes a friend over a review she posts for the library, but she’s worried Sara-Chan is using her to get close to Ohmi. Her fears are unfounded, but that doesn’t stop Ohmi from being strangely protective of Ichimura. In a moment of weakness, Ichimura asks Ohmi to go to the summer festival together, and to her shock, he agrees!
